Salt spray test box is specially used for testing various metal materials and products. After the surface treatment, such as painting, coating, electroplating, anodic film or anti-rust treatment, it is a kind of test equipment that simulates the natural environment and is in line with the actual conditions to basically effectively resist and understand the corrosion.

The shell of the machine is made of high quality PVC board, with strong structure and no deformation;Temperature controller, digital display, PID control, accurate control, balance long-term operation without drift, error ±0.1℃;The glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) inside the shell is molded by integral molding, resistant to corrosion, collision, easy to clean and no leakage.Precision glass nozzle, ensure no crystal blocking during operation;Unique air rod (no air source), easy to close the door, water seal structure, no salt spray overflow;The spray tower is equipped with conical disperser, with functions of guiding fog, adjusting fog amount and even fog falling.Double pressure high speed and over temperature protection, insufficient water level warning;Automatic/manual water feeding system is adopted, which can automatically/manually replenish the water level when the water level is low.
